  1. Immediately after the interview, leave your business card (personal info card) and get one from all the interviewers (or jot down their names/email addresses).
  2. When you are leaving the interview, ask for the job and when you you will hear back.
  3. Later that night, send a follow-up thank you note for the interview to each person you talked too.  Emailing a follow-up is acceptable for a Server Database Administrator job. Again show interest in the job and ask when you will hear back.
