1. You cannot answer any question in depth about your resume skills or job history. Better update your resume to list only the skills you can respond in depth.
2. You talk too much. Try talking no more than 2 minutes per question unless your asked to continue with more detail. On the other hand do NOT answer yes/no to questions either.
3. You show lack of interest in company dynamics, work environment, team members, etc. You do want the job right? Ask questions about the team you will be working with and projects you will be assigned.

Any of of these mistakes will sink your chances of getting the SQL Server Database Administrator job.
